I have been dealing with Mr E’s since I moved from Houston to Seguin about 7 years ago and while driving to San Antonio for repairs is a bit tiring, I can always count on Mr E’s to give me a honest opinion on whether the cost of the repair is worth what the overall value of my instrument is. Plus their workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service, and timely as well. Tracy did stellar work on my Fender Rhodes cab. It was practically shelled out to start, but we sourced parts and he put it all together beautifully. Sounds amazing!

Tracy was very helpful and polite. I took my Les Paul in for some output jack work. They tested the guitar thoroughly and did great work for a very reasonable price. My guitar sounds great and I am very pleased. Will do business again!

They fixed my Yamaha DXR15 speaker, which Sam Ash kept saying there was nothing wrong with. Sound would just go out after playing about 30 seconds. They found the problem and installed a new pre amp board. My speaker works great now. But that's not even the best part. I just wanna say all the young men at this place were so friendly and helpful. When I went to pick up my speaker, they tried all the inputs and made sure I was satisfied with their work. They even answered other questions I had about connecting my speakers and showed me how. Great customer service!!

My Roland RD-700NX keyboard had gone unstable, randomly transposing to different keys when performing. I contacted several authorized repair shops, but only Mr. E's professionals recognized the problem and were willing to repair it. They had it ready in a couple days, and even carried it out to my van. Very impressed. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Mr E and Joey, they were able to repair and optimize a 20+ year old Kurzweil 2600 and save some music that was important to me and hopefully will make some people happy. The "Joey Special" it what they call it. I would recommend them for all your music repair needs. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I have a Roland RD 800 keyboard and I experienced a power failure during a recent worship service at church. I brought the keyboard to Mr E's on a Tuesday morning. They offer an option for expedited service for an additional $50 which I chose. I heard back from the technician, Joe, within a few hours with a diagnosis of a bad power supply. Once I gave approval the keyboard was ready the next morning. It tested fine and has been awesome since. I really appreciate the kindness, professionalism yet personal Touch from everyone at Mr E's. A fair price, excellent service and great attitudes. Highly recommend.

Mr. E's is the best! They worked on my Marshall DSL40C that would mysteriously and randomly stop making sound. It was a problem I had been trying to solve for years. Price was great and it is rock solid now. I will never trust my amps to anyone else. Don't trust your beloved equipment to a faceless corporation that couldn't care less about your "baby." Bring it to Mr. E's!

Mr. E's did an amazing job on my cab. My Marshall needed a completely new tolex and after asking around 10 or so shops and individuals, Mr. E's was up for the job. The quality of work was excellent, the pricing fair, and the turnaround time acceptable.
